Putting toys in order, hanging up clothes in a case, dimming bed, kid learns independence, so doors and wall cupboards boxes should be opened and closed easily.
It is better to prefer plastic handles to metal ones. All surfaces should be smooth and well grounded. Avoid difficult designs in which the kid's hand or a foot can get stuck.
Many parents try to put minimum furniture in nursery room. Also they put light-weight whatnots and racks. They should be necessarily attached to a wall additional holders. The children will absolutely try to overturn a construction on themselves.
Children's room is no place for floor lamps. Cords of the lamp, tape recorder, computer are necessary to be fixed reliably so the child wouldn't have hooked for them with a foot.
Attaching regiments remember about growth of the child. If the favorite toy is too high, he will try to get in any possible way and this can end sadly.
Psychologists are assured: the furniture is capable to form the man or female beginning at the child. So the boy needs hangers for trousers, racks for models of planes and cars, the girl - a special little table for self-care.
Do not stint - buy your child a wattle basket for toys or a box. Later the teenager can store magazines, books, writing-books and other necessary things in there. Check up, that the child could move without effort all "treasures" from place to place. Do not allow him to store things in big polyethylene packages.
Pay attention to a working chair or an armchair of your schoolboy. It should have armrests, back optimum position under a small obtuse corner that corresponds to physiology of the child and allows to avoid a scoliosis, to keep good sight-vision. Today, when children spend much time in front of the computer display and doing their homework it is especially important.
